How is the plan chosen?
Each automation gets points: the most for answering the time sink you picked, some for being a usual first step in your kind of business, some for running on tools you already use, and a few off for each tool you would have to add. The three highest make the plan, never two that do the same job. The same answers always give the same plan, which is why the link works for anyone you send it to.
Where do the credit numbers come from?
From the blueprint files themselves, through the same formula as the Make cost calculator: modules × events for instant automations, one credit per check for Gmail-watching ones, one credit per scheduled run plus the rest per row. Your volume answer scales a typical month; the total adds 20% for test runs and retries.
Why does my plan need a paid Make plan?
Make Free allows two active scenarios, so three automations running together are one more than that, whatever the volume. A Gmail-watching automation also uses more credits on checks alone than Free includes. If the first automation fits Free on its own, the plan says so: start there and upgrade when you switch on the third.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
None of the blueprints sends WhatsApp messages. Sending from Make needs WhatsApp’s Business Platform: a Meta business account, templates Meta approves for any message you start, and per-message fees. Every alert here goes to Telegram instead, which is free and needs only a bot.
Do you store my answers?
No. The answers live in the page address and nowhere else — no account, no cookie, no email. Copying the link is how you keep the plan.
