Terms of Use

1. What the Site is

The Site is a content site: guides, videos and automation files (blueprints) for consultants and service providers, alongside a shop section that links to products on third-party marketplaces. The Site does not sell products or services and is not a party to any transaction made with a third party.

The content is general information based on our own experience. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to any person or business. Decisions about forming a legal entity, opening a bank account, taxation or client contracts require a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Automation files (blueprints)

The blueprint files offered for download are free and openly licensed: you may use, modify, copy and deploy them for clients, for any purpose, without attribution. You may not present them as having been tested or approved by us for a particular environment.

The files are provided "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, correctness or absence of errors. Running an automation in your own account or a client's account is entirely your responsibility. Test every file in a sandbox before connecting it to real data, and make sure it complies with the law that applies to you, including privacy and electronic-marketing rules.

The verification label on each file's page ("imported successfully", "ran successfully") describes the result of a technical check we performed in our own account on the stated date, and nothing more. It is not a promise that the file will work in every account, every version or at any future time.

3. Third-party services and links

The Site links to third-party services (such as Make, hosting providers, banks, marketplaces). Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or handling of data. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee.

Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through them, the provider pays us a commission. This does not change your price. Details are in the Affiliate Disclosure.

4. The shop section

The shop section shows products pulled automatically from a third-party marketplace. Product details, prices and availability may be out of date; the binding information is what appears on the marketplace's product page at the time of purchase. Purchase, payment, shipping, customs, warranty and returns are solely between the buyer, the seller and the marketplace.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, videos, design and the BuilderStack mark belong to the operator, except the blueprint files, whose licence is in section 2. Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link. Third-party brand names are mentioned for identification only and imply no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site in a way that breaks the law, harms third parties or disrupts the Site.
• Do not scrape the Site automatically beyond reasonable use, and do not circumvent rate limits.
• The contact form is for genuine enquiries only; sending advertising or bulk messages through it is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, its directors and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage, including loss of data, loss of profit, costs arising from automations that ran in your account or a client's account, or reliance on content on the Site. Where mandatory law imposes liability that cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and, where nothing was paid, to zero.

You will indemnify the operator against any third-party claim arising from a breach of these terms or from your use of a file from the Site at a client of yours.

8. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Site or of any particular file, and we may change, remove or add content at any time. These terms may be updated; the date of the last update appears at the top, and using the Site after an update means you accept the updated text.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Northern District, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights granted to consumers by the law of their place of residence.

This document is published in Hebrew and English. In case of discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
