“Forty bookings a month. Not one of them in her sheet.”
Booked on Cal.com → logged in the meetings sheet → you know in seconds
Now every booking is logged, and the reminder runs from the sheet.
Every Cal.com booking becomes a row in your meetings sheet, in your time zone, and a Telegram alert. The no-show reminder takes it from there.

Short answer
Every Cal.com booking becomes a row in your meetings sheet, in your time zone, and a Telegram alert. The no-show reminder takes it from there.
- Tools
- Cal.com, Make, Google Sheets, Telegram
- Cost to run
- 3 Make credits (operations) per run
The problem
Cal.com knows about every meeting, but your sheet does not, so nothing downstream can use it: no reminder from your own Gmail, no no-show count, no record when a client asks what happened last month.
What happens when it runs
- Cal.com sends the Booking Created webhook to the Make address
- A new row in the meetings sheet: name, email, date and time in your time zone, status "booked"
- A Telegram message to you with the client and the slot
The tools inside
Disclosure: links marked "paid link" pay us a commission from the vendor if you sign up. Your price is unchanged, and every file here works without them. How we choose tools →
- Cal.com — the booking page with real availability; its webhook starts the scenario (free plan) · Set up free scheduling → paid link · we earn a commission
- Make — the automation engine · Sign up (one month of Core free) → paid link · we earn a commission
- Google Sheets — log and lists
- Telegram — alerts
Before you start
Three things to have ready before importing, or Make will ask and you will have to leave halfway:
- The webhook address (paste it in Cal.com → Settings → Developer → Webhooks)
- The meetings spreadsheet id
- Chat ID
Sheet templates
The file maps columns by position. Start from exactly these headers, in this order — a column in the wrong place writes a phone number into the email column.

How to import (2 minutes)
- In Make: Scenarios → Create a new scenario
- At the bottom, the three dots (⋯) → Import Blueprint → choose the file you downloaded
- Click every module with an exclamation mark: choose your connection (Google, Telegram) — Make creates one in a click if you have none
- Replace every value in double curly braces ({{…}}) with your own from the list above
- Run once with a test row in the sheet. Only when it passes — Schedule and ON

What does not work in it
- Subscribe the webhook to Booking Created only. A cancellation or a reschedule does not change the row; mark it by hand, or add a second scenario on Booking Cancelled that updates the status.
- The date and time are converted to the organizer's time zone from the payload. If your Cal.com profile has the wrong time zone, the sheet and the reminder are wrong by the same hours.
